I'm Niels.
I led soldiers for nearly twenty-two years before I ever led a workshop. Then I went to Penn to study what actually makes people flourish, and spent a decade inside big companies watching good leaders get ground down by bad systems.
I do this work because everyone deserves the chance to get to do their best work. Including the people at the top.
