Lead yourself
You can't lead a team past where you've led yourself.
Most of what a leader does badly, they already know about. What's missing isn't insight. It's a place to work on it that isn't a performance review and isn't a podcast. Two ways I do that.

The Shift Positive 360
A 360 that puts your people in the work with you.
Most 360s hand you a report and a list of things to fix, and the people who filled it out go back to watching. The Shift Positive 360 is different by design. I interview your boss, your peers, your team, the people whose success depends on yours, about what you do at your best and what one thing would make you even more effective. It's not anonymous, on purpose. Vague feedback like "communicate better" is impossible to act on. Specific feedback from a named ally is a plan.
Then every person I interviewed commits to one thing they'll do to help. You leave with a plan and eight or ten people invested in it, not a to-do list and an audience.
I'm one of a small number of coaches certified to run it. It changes the system around a leader, not just the leader, which is why it sticks.
The shape: interviews, a debrief with you, a plan you build, then coaching through the months where it counts.
Executive coaching
One leader. The real stuff.
Coaching with me is direct. Regular conversations, a message between them when something's on fire, and no pretending the hard conversation is going to have itself. Most of the leaders I coach are in a transition: a bigger role, a team that changed under them, a first time running a company.
I take on a small number of coaching clients at a time so I can actually be in it with you.

Who this is for
Senior leaders who are already good.
Executives and senior leaders, usually at technology companies, usually already good at the job and honest enough to know where they're in their own way. Some come on their own. Some come as part of a team engagement, when the work in the room shows that one leader needs more.
If you're looking for someone to tell you you're fine, I'm not your guy.
How to start
A conversation.
Thirty minutes on video. You tell me what's going on. I tell you honestly whether I can help, and what it would look like if I can. If it's not a fit, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.
